Re: NBA
Hakeem Olajuwon was on Houston in NBA Jam for Genesis. Therefore that is what I associate him with (and what most people associate him with).
If we want to talk best white 3 point shooters of all-time, my money's on Chris Mullin. Unfortunately, NBA Jam is the extent of my NBA knowledge anymore, so I'm sorry I can't contribute more.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only person in the history of humanity that associates Hakeem with the Ratpors. He was with them for one season and very coincidentally NBA Live 2001 was the first NBA game that I owned (I never owned NBA jam, my cousin did).

Re: NBA
So 4th most points on the 3rd most shots? Seems reasonable.MalkinIsMyHomeboy wrote:It only took him the 3rd most shots in NBA history to do it.
And yes, he's a high usage rate player, no question. This year, in particular, with that team, is horrifying from a quality of basketball perspective. But complaining about efficiency here as some kind of argument to put the Reggie Miller's of the world above his career is hilarious nonsense.

Re: NBA
What gets lost here is how great McGrady was and how unfortunate that his health was an extremely limiting factor. That game where he scores 13 in like 40 seconds for the Rockets to beat the Spurs was just amazingness.Letang Is The Truth wrote:looking at PER - efficiency rating

I really like Davis. He's an athletic freak. 2 steals and 3 blocks last night, along with 28 points on 19 shots and 9 rebounds. That's a superb line especially when going against Cousins.

Yikes, Kyrie 7/16 with only 2 assists. If I was Lebron, I'd demand they trade him for Rondo.
Or at least tell him to pass the ball more. Seriously, a good PG should never get only 2 assists with Lebron and Love.

Re: NBA
I love Rondo so that's a great pickup. Not to mention that he's surrounded by shooters so that's an ideal situation for him really.
Defense will be meh but they're gonna put up a ton of points
