Also, is it just me or does this reek of a desperation move by NBC?

Like, 40 years, OK, but its not that special of an anniversary. Did they do this for the 30th anni?


I can't imagine SNL is nearly as popular as it was 10 years ago

The cheerleader skits with Ferrell and Oteri were great, Sandler on the news, Spade and Farley....god so many.

Yeah, the NBC morning crew running this red carpet thing are raising their face punch level to new heights...

I mean - does anyone like morning show hosts.... at all.... ? Is it a generational thing?

He looks not well - that neck role was some kind of swelling...



The less of any new cast members (past 7 or so years) the better for this special. Seth Myers is a great example of someone who should get 3 seconds of camera time as a guy laughing in the crowd.
