When I was younger than 8 I think it was a fireman, cause my old man was one. As I got older I switched my dream to going to notre dame and becoming an engineer... then I discovered beer and realized notre dame wasn't for me.

I had to wear glasses pretty early on. By 5th grade I think, was pretty devastated. After I accepted it and enjoyed wearing glasses I thought it would be cool to become an eye doctor. By the time I went thru highschool I had completely forgotten about that idea. Smooth move exlax

Star running back drafted in the late rounds

Then after realizing in 7th grade that I'd have to workout in the summer instead of play video games I changed to wanting to be an author. Maybe with national geographic, or write a king Arthur collection. Then an announcer. I set up a chance to sit in with Johnstown chiefs announcers through school but didn't follow through. Through college I thought I'd be a guy on tv like the crazy haired ancient aliens guy. But ended up owning a consignment/antique store which I wouldn't trade for almost any career at this point.

Do you know many guys who are experts in very specific historical topics?

I honestly had no idea what I wanted to do when I was six. I knew I could say doctor/lawyer/fireman but knew I had no interest in doing those things. Although I grew up playing hockey I never thought of it as a career. When I started playing classical guitar in 5th grade that was all I wanted to do. Took private lessons all the way from 5th grade through my senior year in high school. Went to college as a music major... Now I am a therapist, lol. Want to move to France when I retire (35 years old right now) and make beer and play gypsy jazz with Parisians. It's strange how my dreams have become more unrealistic as I have gotten older.
