~136oz.

I used to drink water with the little single serve drink packets but I even stopped that. Nothing but clear water now. When I lost weight before part of my routine was drinking a lot of water because it has a 'filling' quality to curb hunger, and in my mind I think it's cleansing. In the evening I go to the restroom about every 90 minutes and it's clear. I know too much water is a problem but I don't think I'm there.

Ah, cool, I now have a self-diagnosed gluten allergy.

Going to go hang myself now.

Dont cut out gluten. If it never bothered you before that is probably not bothering you now. It's probably the HBP. I have the same thing. I know exactly what kind of headache you are talking about. Lower the salt, drink at least a gallon of water a day, and I'm sure you'll feel better in a day or two. Maybe try some relaxation techniques. Hopefully nobody thanks you for your military service in the meantime. Wouldn't want you to blow a gasket over that travesty. :slug: :pop:

Are you sure you aren't in the healthcare field?

I try to reduce bread but would never cut out gluten. When i stopped having sandwiches with all that bread every day, i instantly felt better.

As far as water, i believe that at minimum, you should have an ounce of water for every 2 pounds of you weigh.

Yeah, that's what I was implying, I didn't suddenly become gluten intolerant last weekend.

If I can't manage my weight by Memorial Day I'm going back on HBP pills. I really hate that, but it's probably better than feeling like this.
I think I'll lose the weight though. Just need to stay committed. I'll get there.

I have a bad shoulder sprain. I'm in excruciating pain half the time. The other half, I'm better, but with only short moments of the pain subsiding enough to take a breather. Pain pills don't work so well. Not much a doctor can do, except the pain/swelling pills. Mostly just rest, cold icings, and time. I did the same stupid thing a year ago and it took a month and a half to go away. This is about 80% as bad. Only time I'm kinda happy is in bed with and if can find a position where my shoulder can rest, but any little pull or push, up or down or sideways, makes the pain radiate to my upper arm, forearm, and sometimes fingers. So I won't be typing here much until I'm better. :(
