Right. I have no complaint with the first line. The second line is where I felt he needed correction.

Poor use of pronounces upsets me more than it should. You can only say "it" and "that" and "pronoun" so many times in a sentence before I have no idea what you're talking about.

The phrase, "I don't disagree" bothers me, I've heard it a few times in the past few days. I also worked with someone who said it at nearly every staff meeting. So you 'do not not agree'? ok...
