Just glad it’s going at least six. This is nearly exactly what I had hoped for (aside from OT every game).

They look terrible tonight
Game three was one of the most exciting playoff games so far, tonight's game may have been the worst. Just awful hockey, mostly by Columbus. They could not make a simple pass or handle the puck - there were so many passes in skates, behind players or to no players at all.

Couldn't agree more. I nearly fell asleep. Home ice is overrated. If the BJ's don't wake up (and by extension, keep me awake), this series is over in 6. Torts must be pounding his pillow at night.

Colorado may go out in five games but they've been a lot more competitive than many expected. 0-0 after two periods at Nashville.

The defending Stanley Cup finalists both had a chance to close-out their series at home last night and failed. Still think it will be those two again in the finals.

Could have made a killing last night on a Philly-Colorado parlay.
Credit to both road teams for getting it done, especially since they both had to come from behind.

Jackets go full Penguin and refuse to make an easy clear and the puck ends up in the back of their net in OT.

Blue Jackets had barely anything left once OT started. Whole lot of standing and not skating. The last failed clearing was brutal. Bob did heroic duty but wasn't enough.
Amazed at hearing that Ovechkin has now played in 35 playoff overtimes and never had a goal.

Columbus' next win will happen in October. They are a fraud.

Makes me so
Much madder since the Pens could not close that out. They could be home resting. I think the Caps series could be hard.

Agree on both your points. I would rather play the BJ's though.

Another Cup favorite can’t close their series on home ice.

I watched the early part of the game. The Predators looked pretty rugged. Laying some serious hits on the Avs, in addition to scoring a couple early goals. My choice to come out of the west.

Bonino with his first-ever three-point playoff game.
Both of the West series should be great. Never mind that I'll never be able to stay awake for Sharks-Vegas.

Yep, the downside of trying to follow the far west teams.

First period of Game 6 in Toronto reinforcing to me that, even when they’re playing “fire wagon” hockey, neither of these teams are as fast as Pens.

Can’t tell who the Toronto radio guys hate more, the Bruins or the officials.

Can’t tell if the Caps are starting to play better or if the Jackets just suck at hockey

Columbus seems mentally fragile in the playoffs, and they're short on centers and finishers. They never recovered from game three, even though they still led the series.
Kind of think this is the end for Torts.

Looked like a good call overruling it.
