Guys running around blocks and spin moves on run plays. So stupid.

Spin moves are for pass plays. Gotta take on blocks insteadbof running around them. Basics. Just fundamentally inept ssries on defense.

I guess this is the part of the season where the last gaping hole we had to address but haven’t had a chance yet, that being the D-Line, is getting exposed and could be the blueprint to have us end up a wild card team opening up in Baltimore in the playoffs.

The entire defense looks horrible this game.

The good DC would figure out ways to have Watt and Fitzpatrick get more involved to make big plays. Running the same defense over and over and throwing your hands up because teams will do everything they can to neutralize them in obvious ways shows a lack of creativity at best and competence at worst. I’m leaning more towards not knowing how to do anything else in Austin’s case.

This is a pretty standard Bengals game though. No one can stop them and they can’t stop anyone. This is the way the NFL wants these games, all offense, no defense, AFL at its finest.DelPen wrote: Sun Dec 01, 2024 2:04 pmThe good DC would figure out ways to have Watt and Fitzpatrick get more involved to make big plays. One thing though, night and day difference between giving up 21 points to an Arthur Smith offense compared to a Matt Canada offense.

Yeah, that was kind of weird. It’s like they got far enough and don’t need to do another play. Like he didn’t trust the offense.

I get the argument for no gun pointing, but if Pat Mahomes got fined for it everyone will be penalized. Pickens will be fine, at least this stuff is excitement rather than temper so maybe some progress.

Not me. Not buying it. As long as Pickens is on this team I wash my hands of it. Turned it off. I no longer choose to be a hostage. Penguins and hockey only. NBA, MLB and NFL unwatchable.Daniel wrote: Sun Dec 01, 2024 2:59 pmI get the argument for no gun pointing, but if Pat Mahomes got fined for it everyone will be penalized. I get it and I agree with you about the MLB, it seems as though they don’t even attempt fundamentals and it’s strike out or home run. The NFL has become sissified but still okay to watch.pronovost19 wrote: Sun Dec 01, 2024 3:13 pmNot me. Not buying it. As long as Pickens is on this team I wash my hands of it. Turned it off. Just give Najee a flag and he can call the game himself.

Wow, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a QB with over 400 yards and NO ONE with over 100 yards receiving.

I don’t understand wasting a TO here. Just kick the FG like normal, that TO might be needed if the defense blows this here.

Zach Frazier has been down the field so much I’m wondering why he hasn’t caught a ball yet.

Can we not have one game where both the offense and defense have strong games?

Porter has been really undisciplined more than usual today. Score is this bad because he’s an idiot.

Porter has been brutal today. Lost count of his flags and he intercepts there it’s over.
