The EK trade is a disaster. The Jarry resign sucked. The Graves signing sucked. Those three deals killed the cap and the ability to field real forwards for a 2nd line with Geno.

This System and his decision making has failed consistently over these 3 consecutive Non Playoff Seasons and hasn't been held accountable for not winning a Playoff Series in 7 Years.

This team is retooling and has been since the Jake trade.

We need to keep getting younger, get some more skill in the lineup with a new young coach.

Agree with all Points here.
Add in the Retooling and spending a huge amount on the Defense 3 Years in a Row from 2021-23.
Bringing in Older Declining Forwards who offer little or nothing for the Bottom 6.
