Has to happen.Nieto,Acciari,Beauvillier,Hayes,Glass all need to be moved out.
They aren't trading the Underperforming Letang but simply have to part with Karlsson.Ned should be traded at the Deadline.
The Younger Forwards in WBS (Kouuvinen,Ponomorev,McGroarty and Broz) have to be on this Roster next Year.As do Pickering on Defense and Brunicke in the near future.Blomqvist and Murashov have to be in the mix as Goaltenders.

But the Coach has to be changed.None of this Rebuild will happen with this System and how he utilizes his Players.

After the 2 Week break the Shameful Effort from this Group is the Daisy Cutter on a miserable Season.Back up the Truck.
From the middle of the 2nd Period it was a complete inept performance in every area.
There was Zero Effort to compete in the 3rd Period from every guy on this Team.
Ned was the main culprit but the entire Defensive Effort was pathetic.No one had a clue.
When it got to 3-2 Caps this Top 2-3 Coach decided that playing his System was going to work.We saw the result.

Just a Real Shame that on a Day where the Great Mike Lange was given that Heartfelt, Emotional ,Well Deserved Tribute this was the kind of Game that took place.He deserved better.
