I haven't watched most of the game, so it might be terrible defense in front of him, but that's an ugly statline for Blomqvist today.

That's a game I would not mind if the Pens won. That unprotected 1st rounder next year might turn into something nice.

Once the Pens went up 3-2 they were outplayed and outworked.3 Shots in the 3rd Period was just not good.
Blomqvist simply had a terrible game.3 Bad Goals to a Rags Team that was doing nothing.
The PP disappointed with their chances.Never got any real good chances.
Malkin played outstanding.Best Player on the Ice.Karlsson was a Non Factor and POJ had a terrible Game.
Glass,Heinen and Beauvilier were zero impact Offensively.With Sid and Geno drawing defenders and setting up chances these guys are useless.

This was a Season ending Weekend.Hopefully Blomqvist isn't scarred too bad from this one.

That's a game I would not mind if the Pens won. That unprotected 1st rounder next year might turn into something nice.

I would have minded if the Pens won, they could possibly get a top 5-6 pick this draft. Losing as much as possible is very important. That said, a game that went to OT would have been worse.

Blom let in 4th goal as softie and maybe 1st one.. 2nd and 3rd goals were wrist snipe rocket and phenomenal shot top shelf.. very few goalies would stop that.

But anyway, I want to see Larsson up next..

I'm good with getting Larsson in there.Blomqvist got very little help from this Lackluster Defensive Group on 2 of the Goals.Weak efforts,bad decisions and inept play from POJ,EK and Shea hurt him. Still believe in his potential going forward.

As far as Jarry playing in Pittsburgh is concerned, that ship has sailed. I'm all for bringing up Larsson. Let's see what the kid can do.
