It's been a while since this thread has seen the light of day, and with all the new uniforms the Pens are wearing, I figured it best to keep questions like this in the same thread, as many use if for reference.
Now, to the question: Are the black Highmark patches used on the Pens home, alternate, and Reverse Retro jerseys available anywhere? I contacted Pro Knitwear, and they have them, but they're not permitted to sell them or put them onto jerseys that aren't going to the team. I've heard a rumor that Pens Gear will sell them, but only if you buy the jersey from them. Can anyone confirm or deny? Anyone know of any other outlets, or even good quality reproductions?
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

How readily available are game worn 4 Nations jerseys going to be and at what approximate cost?
Do they go up for auction, or do the players get to keep them?
There are some knowledgeable collectors who post here; maybe one of them has insight?

I know there are a couple of sets for each player. I know NHL Auctions https://auctions.nhl.com/iSynApp/allAuc ... 1=4nations had the jerseys from what I believe was each team's first game. Prices are pretty high. Last I looked, Crosby's jersey was $30K and McDavid's was $34K.BigMcK wrote: Thu Feb 20, 2025 2:50 pmHow readily available are game worn 4 Nations jerseys going to be and at what approximate cost? I've also heard that MeiGray will get a set. I'd expect those prices to be high as well.

Jeffshly, thank you for providing the response and information. You were the poster that I had in mind due to your devotion and desire to keep track of jerseys. Do you have a website to share that showcases your collection?jeffshly wrote: Sun Feb 23, 2025 11:58 pmI know there are a couple of sets for each player. The link provided was very helpful. I spent some time there. At the low end of a game worn jersey, cost is warranted and worth it to a collector. To an average fan, tough to justify, but available. Crosby is still available as 30k. Out there, someone is willing to pay.

I do have a website, though truth be told, I haven't updated it in far too long. I've got about 15-20 jerseys that aren't on this website. I need some spare time! LOL

Jeff, I enjoyed your website and how you have a story connected to each jersey. The one detailing the Lumberjacks history to the Penguins taught me something I was unaware of. Cool bit of history.
It's easy to see why you appreciate your collection.
