Re: WEREWOLF V GAME THREAD
I was listening to "bark at the moon" on repeat last week.
Also, our game started on a full moon causing me to howl on occasion.

iEUX, I can't believe you got so into this game. It's fun to play, and I"m on all day at work, but, it seemed like it pretty much took over your life for a week.

Re: WEREWOLF V GAME THREAD
I have a question: considering that IrishEyes was the angel, couldn't she just keep protecting herself infinitely? So it would be village of the 3 wolves & the angel?newarenanow wrote:Final Day
(from bhaw posts......) Once the gallows broke, the villagers beat and dragged jaysmiter, a regular villager, up to the Mellon Arena, where they hang him from the bottom of the scoreboard. Waiting for his body to change, the village realizes that they have made a mistake, and now the numbers are even.
Final Night
Going to bed, the remaining villagers don't know if they will wake up the next morning. Once night falls on the arena construction site, Jose, PittsPensFan, and iEUX, the three bad wolves, enter each tent, tearing apart the final three villagers.
Full from their 3 course meal, the wolves let out a loud Howl, celebrating their victory over the villagers of NANville. Unfortunately, with no villagers remaining, the new arena is not built, and the Penguins move to Kansas City. Will the three wolves follow and terrorize the villagers at KC new arena?????
We will see in WWVI, coming around Xmas time...................
THE END

If you want to get into technicalities...wallflower wrote:I have a question: considering that IrishEyes was the angel, couldn't she just keep protecting herself infinitely? So it would be village of the 3 wolves & the angel?
The angel can only protect herself at night from being eaten or shot. After jaysmiter died, it is 3 wolves, 2 villagers, and an angel. If they eat a villager, the next day would be 3 wolves voting to lynch vs two villagers. They could all 3 vote for the angel, she dies, then they eat the last villager.
The game ends when wolves = villagers b/c it's pointless to go through the motions.
So there.

Well, I do want IE's establishment to remain open. I may decide to show her mercy, just because I don't like killing girls.

So, is everyone werewolfed out?
When do we start this up again, Xmas, allstar break?
I had fun while it lasted, but I think a long awaited break is needed.

Re: WEREWOLF V GAME THREAD
i like how once you're the mod you get to decide when people play. hah. if someone wants to play bad enough they should just start a sign-up thread. go from there. but i bet you'll have people in there complaining about how we shouldn't play again.

I could care less. I was throwing out suggestions.
I know a lot of people wanted to take a break once hockey started. It was talked about over and over again.
If you want to start up WWVI, go ahead. I will sign up.

the 'hah' in my original thing was supposed to make it light-hearted, but since there's no big smiley in the quick response i've just gone to 'haha' and 'hahaha's. no offense intended.newarenanow wrote:LeopardLetang wrote:i like how once you're the mod you get to decide when people play. hah. if someone wants to play bad enough they should just start a sign-up thread. go from there. but i bet you'll have people in there complaining about how we shouldn't play again.

true, it was talked about a lot, but it seemed like the same three or four people. personally, i wouldn't mind a little break, but if one starts i'll join, like you said.
