That is a reason why I am sticking with you as a vote for now. A lot of people have admitted in the past that they will not straight up lie in this game. Looking back in past games, when a wolf was on the line, they danced around the fact, and got out of it using round about methods w/o saying one way or another.IrishEyes wrote:No, nor have I said "I am a regular villager", or "I am the angel", or "I am not the angel". I don't know you personally, but you seem like a person that is too good hearted to lie. In past games, you would say you are a regular villager when you were.
I could be totally wrong, but that is what I kept looking for.

Re: OFFICIAL WWVI GAME THREAD
it would be odd at this point if IE is a wolf and the few votes not for her are from wolves. that would be a pretty bad move. but still, i can't help feeling that the longer this takes the better it is. last game, those quick lynchings were bad omens.
it could be that someone who's been quiet is still quiet and not voting. they would escape scrutiny for a while.
but overall, i'm not convinced she's a wolf.
it's too bad we can't pass on a lynching from a villager's standpoint. i mean, if we're not that scared since a lot of wolves have been eaten, we could say, hey, we don't fear those wolves enough to lynch someone. then, loaf could get another look and if it all works out ok, we only lose one villager (the wolves' meal) instead of what could easily be two if we lynch one. it would make the odds worse for the wolves to find the angel too. can we pass on a lynching? i'm sure not.

It would very difficult for the wolves to win if you could pass on lynchings. The wolves are the minority, but the advantages they get offset that, and this is one of them.LeopardLetang wrote:it would be odd at this point if IE is a wolf and the few votes not for her are from wolves. that would be a pretty bad move. but still, i can't help feeling that the longer this takes the better it is. last game, those quick lynchings were bad omens.

As to letang, that is why I think it would be smart for Loaf to research a few while he still has a chance.

yeah. i'm just thinking from a real life perspective. you know. why would we lynch someone after lynching two alpha wolves. we'd feel safe.newarenanow wrote:It would very difficult for the wolves to win if you could pass on lynchings. I hope I don't get accused of being a wolf, because I will not deny it either. I will not say anything such as "I am a regular villager", "i'm not a wolf"...IrishEyes wrote:No, nor have I said "I am a regular villager", or "I am the angel", or "I am not the angel". Anyone else other than the two or three people that already have, put any input on this or vote?

I'm not really sold on IrishEyes, but i'm not sold on anyone else either. Even though everyone has an equal chance of being a roleplayer every game, I always take that into consideration. She has had a role only once as far as I remember, but then again I'm pretty that so have you.

I have what could be the deciding vote. Since I don't have strong feelings either way, I could be persuaded to vote IE, but I don't know what to do really.

Actually, i'm voting for Canaan, he would have been the deciding vote for IE, but he chose Z. Given this puts the spotlight on me as well, especially if Canaan turns out to be a villager, but oh well.

I don't know what to do either, so the way I look at it:Idoit40fans wrote:I have what could be the deciding vote. Since I don't have strong feelings either way, I could be persuaded to vote IE, but I don't know what to do really.
Loaf didn't vote for her, so it is not a known villager since he knows of three people.
She did not fight that she was the angel. Even though any one could do that, only the real angel or a wolf would do that. If a regular villager did that, they are selfish and not looking out for the good of the village.
So we aren't knocking off the angel or a known villager by Loaf. We may be losing a villager, but it's better than the other two alternatives.
That is the way I'm viewing it, unless if someone else can come up with some damning evidence that someone else is a wolf.

unlynch Letang
You know, I did this before, and no one believed me. It's worth another shot, even if it doesn't work.

Actually now that I think about it, if Canaan is avoiding lynching IE, or if anyone is, why not just lynch her? If they are avoiding her, they are obviously avoiding her for a reason.

As damning as the evidence is against me?
You need to explain this to me, because I'm not sure I understand what you're saying here. She did not fight that she was the angel. Even though any one could do that, only the real angel or a wolf would do that. If a regular villager did that, they are selfish and not looking out for the good of the village.
