The problem is that CP isn't shoveling out the sh$t, he's shoveling it in. Even last week's trade did this. Almost everyone (except him) realizes that this team needs more jam. Yet, what does he do? He trades Tarnstrom for a d-man who is as anti-jam as they come and a forward who has never had more than 32 PIM in a season. Same old CP. Until the sh$t is shoveled out of the GM's office, there is no hope for this franchise.

BTW, I don't see him holding a state of the franchise gathering, do you?

Ever thoink that deep down CP knows the team is finished here, and it doesnt matter for now? I remember Winnipeg, Hartford, and quebec all gettiing mired deeply in losing before departing.

Something about the current NHL, alot of my favorite teams cease to exist, but hey, weve got nashville anaheim and the florida panthers...oh boy
