Been a little distracted during the game but this has to be the first time when Sid has played against the Flyers yet I didn’t notice him at all.

I don’t care that he kills penalties. Acciari getting more minutes than Bunting and Tomasino, especially when we need goals, is ridiculous.

Not much from him tonight.Looked a little disengaged,a rarity from him.
Geno had some jump.Tomasino wasn't terrible.Rust gave something.
Not anyone else was interested in competing in this Game at all.

Its gone on all Year.Nieto and Acciari were getting more time before the Break. In spite of what our eyes are showing us this Coach decided to go with that approach.

I mean what are we doing here ?

Trade Karlsson. Trade all pending UFA’s. Fire Sully. Can’t just accept efforts like this.
Hopefully giving up and getting a better draft pick?

KD better make some trades quickly before value decreases farther. Or has that ship sailed?

I do think there's a flu bug goin through the team. That or some such ailment, just to be fair.

Pens outsourced 22-9 during this most recent 4 game losing streak.

Team bleeds goals against. Certainly doesn’t seem like a well coached team! Team plays with zero defensive structure with zero consequences.

I’m sure the Flyers had problems with the same flu bug. Just to be fair.

If you didn't have Sully you'd be looking for Sully... if you were trying to get a better draft position

Exactly! I'd say we get rid of him in the summer of '26. We need to garner as much high end talent as possible.

Disaster.2nd Worst Goal Differential in the NHL.
So many Blowout Losses with Complete Breakdowns and Lack of Composure.
Unproductive Players in Glass,Beauvillier,Heinen who can't produce playing with Malkin.
Alleged Defensive Forwards in Acciari and Nieto who aren't able to be effective in the Current NHL.
A turnstile Defenseman in POJ who gets Top Minutes and gets worked every game.
High Paid Offensive Defensemen in Karlsson,Letang and Gryz who get exposed for their poor decision making and weak Defensive Effort.

We have zero chance for that.. that will go to San Jose or Chicago! We will pick somewhere in 5-10 range, lets hope!

Unless they go on crazy run again in last 10 games, we gain 5-6 spots and miss playoffs for 2-3 points lol.. but I dont think anyone here
wants to see that crap! We should sell as much possible at trade deadline and tank further.. sack Sully and let interim Quinn run the show until
season is done, next season promote MacDonald to NHL.

Well, not ZERO chance. In 5th place, I believe we have an 8.5% chance to get 1st overall, and an 8.6% chance to get 2nd overall. If we were 4th overall, those odds move up by about 1% each. The top 3 have the best percentage, with SJ having a 25.5% chance of retaining 1st overall and 18.8% chance of picking 2nd.

So, it's not out of the question. It would require some Sidney Crosby 2005 draft luck. I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Is there even an insanely great, clear number 1 that will be a guaranteed difference maker?

The D kid from Erie is the top player, but the beauty of needing help everywhere is that getting the #1 overall isn't really that important. It would be nice next year where there is in fact a clear blue-chipper.

Yeah that's what I thought. So no clear generational type super talent this year. A top 5 probably most likely just as good as not paying to to move up a couple of spots.

We have more needs than we have 1st and 2nd round draft picks. No one player would make a clear difference.
