I want to read this one. Like it so far?
Opps, just saw this. Yes, it is very good, good sense of humor and outlines a lot of what went down.

P.S. Liars Poker is great as well, kind of like a prequel to The Big Short.
Liars poker was a pretty fun read. It's funny to read about guys that ended up being big names in the future (i.e. the guy from Long Term Capital Management). Michael Lewis is an excellent writer. A few months ago he wrote a piece on the financial meltdown in Iceland and it was the best piece of read from him.

Reading "In her defense" by stephen horn

I got through half of it a few years ago then gave it up, don't remember why. So I started again last week, about 1/4 done, so far its pretty good. Not a page turner yet, but enjoyable.

I'll give you my list of what I've read this month:
"Beautiful Creatures" by Kami Garcia
"Shiver" by Maggie Stiefvater
"Linger" by Maggie Stiefvater
"Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen
"Dead in the Family" by Charlaine Harris (Sookie Stackhouse book 10)

But i'm gonna have to stop the recreational reading, because i have to read 10 Shakespeare plays this semester, so I'm gonna get a head start on those.

My wife has read all of them and really liked them. I'll probably check them out as well.

my g/f just finished Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and said it was kinda slow at the beginning yet still interesting and really liked it overall. So much so she went to buy the 2nd one the same day she finished.

haha. the shameful part of it all, is that sparknotes, with some common sense, could get you an A at pretty much any university in the country
