It's funny to me, cos they fired Gilbert Gottfried following his mildly amusing but mostly inappropriate Tweets following the Tōhoku earthquake. They then hired a sound alike for a few commercials, and began getting grief for that; if they're going to hire a guy that sounds exactly like Gottfried and that most people may actually think is Gottfried, why bother disassociating yourself with him in the first place? So now they've concocted a whole narrative in their advertising to explain why the stupid duck has a different voice now.

The Just For Men "Mo Bros" ad.
Hearing "Mo Bros" is like nails on a chalkboard to me, and even referring to a mustache as a Mo is even worse. I don't care if it's for Movember.

Fast talking legal guy ads. There was one on Sirius today for some real estate or mortgage company that started with a good 10 seconds of unintelligible disclaimers. Yeah that gives everyone a warm fuzzy about your business.

Little Caesars Hot and Ready - She tooold you!

I heard this commercial in the background at least ten times before I actually watched it to see what it was about.
I still cannot tell if everyone is saying "owned" or a variation of it. I sounds like the old guy says "you're all getting old"
OWNED...........OWNED!!

I had to stop watching news channels because of the geico commercial with the money man riding his harley around dropping cash on the highway. they played it about 15 times per hour, and the song was stuck in my head, dominating my thoughts for over a week. I haven't turned on CNN for about 20 days.
