Hernandez walks through the house with a gun in his hand on the video. Goes to basement and video gets shut off.
Good thing Hernandez has a megabucks lawyer.Pete Thamel @SIPeteThamel 3m
Rental car agent found a shell casing in Hernandez's rental car. Rental agent threw it away. (It was later found).

Re: NFL
One of the espn radio stations was speculating there might've been 2 others involved in the murder. Said Hernandez should be worried what kind of deals the DA might offer them. And if Hernandez wasn't the shooter, he better come clean. Gang ties and code be damned.Sam's Drunk Dog wrote:Not sure there is enough evidence to find him guilty at this point.

If a player is in jail, the cap hit sticks with the team. Read yesterday that the NFL had that written into the newest CBA.Idoit40fans wrote:Does anything happen to that? Does it depend what happens legally with Hernandez?

Re: NFL
Makes sense, I mean Hernandez is like the 28th or 29th NFL player to be arrested since the Super Bowl, and the second to have a pending charge with the word "murder" in it.

Re: NFL
At what point does it become a trend in the NFL that if you're arrested for a pretty serious crime, you're banned for x amount of time.
They do have an image problem, and I do believe it needs to be corrected.

Not only is Hernandez being linked to a double murder in 2012, but they are saying that Odin Lloyd may have had information relating to it, hence why he was killed too.
Make the Pro Bowl at age 21, get set for the rest of your life, and you still can't leave behind your roots.

Re: NFL
How stupid can you be. Maybe he will get a plea deal like Rae Carruth and will get something like 20 years but his NFL career is over and his life basically is also. If the 2 other murders are found to be either by his hand or if he is involved in the masterminding then he is as good as gone for life.
He asks for bail to see his daughter and fiancée. Laughable. TOO BAD YOU DIDN'T THINK OF THAT BEFORE YOU PULLED THE TRIGGER!

Carruth didn't take a plea. He went to court and beat the murder charge but was found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder (a compromise verdict from the jury, I think).jimjom wrote:How stupid can you be. Re: NFL
This really sucks to see. As a Pats fan, I've rooted hard for him the past 3 years and always liked him as a player. I knew he had some problems with weed but never imagined he would be capable of cold blooded murder(s?).
