You don't want to slam your nuts.

I have a torque wrench, and when I swap my own wheels/tires I torque the nuts to spec. But I had some work done at the dealership a few months ago and they clearly hammered them on with the air wrench. There is no way I could have ever loosened those nuts on the side of a road.

Lovely, the 4 or 5 inches of heavy wet snow with rain on top ought to ice up real nice when the snow starts again soon and keeps up all night and morning.

It was snow from Columbus to about the 70-77 interchange, then it turned to rain.

It's coming. Snowed pretty much all day in Columbus.

I really hope we get hit hard so I'm not tempted to go out with friends tmw. I'd much rather stay in and watch the Pens. We'll prob go out for the Stillers-Ravens tmw then its the weekend, but I know if its possible to drive the roads tmw I'll somehow talk myself, or allow myself to be talked into going out.

Well I could qualify what we received last night as a dusting of snow...must have been rain for a while.

We got 6-8 total here in Beaver County, 5 or so yesterday afternoon and a couple more overnight. Kids are pissed, Blackhawk still only has a 2 hour delay, I don't see that changing unless some of the roads in rural areas can't be bus worthy by 9.

I wish they'd cancel, we are heading out to Williamsport but can't go till the kids are done with school.

I live in Pittsburgh and got less than 2" overall. I'm sure the period of rain was longer than what was forecast.

If the rain we got yesterday was all snow, we'd be in a state of emergency right now.

At least it came from the south so I did not have to hear "lake effect" 500 times this morning.
