We all know this team has problems... the game's not over yet.
If there was any game for us to turn around, this is it. I'd love to beat these guys.

But I will settle seeing Cairns beat someone's head in, lol.

why is Mike Lange such a dick? He just insists on blowing the other team the whole game, he's got a hard on for every player.

..of course when the Pens are up 2-0, Lange has to start talking about how fast the Sens can pop a few goals on you, and before you know it you're losing...

thanks Mike, way to jinx a good start by our Pens for once. I'm so sick of him, and Errey and his god awful accent...aaaout, abaaaooout, haaaaoooouse
gahd
Ya know Lange use to act that way when the Pens were really GOOD, he did it to keep us interested in the game. The fear of lossing is a subtle motivater to keep watching. In this case it's like he just hates the Pens and he himself is afraid to get behind thme no matter how well they are playing. The fans are afraid too, as witnessed by the Gonchar booing. Buncha skirts in attendence.

Errey.....Oh man he sucks....its almost to the point where I feel sorry for him because he dosent understand how boring and condensending his every word is. So dumb. Cant even form a sentence properly. He alays like,"Yeo said the Pens need to stay out of the box but here are the Senators in the box Mike?!?!" <----W T F R U talking about? HE SUCKS!!!!

Maybe the Pens will play the 3rd period like they played the first...

good period --- bad period -- good period.

he's an absolutely terrible coach. His record at the NHL level speaks for itself

line changes are pathetic. breakouts are pathetic. puck support is pathetic. backchecking is pathetic.

The players stink and therrien smells just as bad.

Give me a friggin' break, man. MT is a good coach, this is just a poor club. As I said during his first few games, Edzo and this staff sh** all over the walls and MT is supposed to make the place smell like roses. These guys had no direction or conditioning prior to MT's arrival. He can only do what he can with an already tainted team. Save your judgement for next season.

Errey said the coaching staff should be ballistic mad at the bad line change by Endicott and company. I am ballsitic mad at the amount of ice time Endicott gets. The guy should not be with the big club. He has zero NHL skill, and makes stupid mistakes or takes dumb penalties time after time. I can handle the losing, and will continue to watch. But the Endicott experiment must end and end soon.

I'm usually here, but I was enjoying a great start by the Pens for once and didn't want to miss any of the game by getting on here.

...this could be John LeClair's worst game of the year...or his career..he is just downright terrible tonight

Gonchar is just useless...terrible defensively, does nothing offensively...so really what does he bring to this team?

other than that, Orpik is playing well, Scuderi is fine, Whitney is ok, Surovy, Ouellet, Recchi, Malone, and Bogs are all playing fine...however, Rita seems to be useless....and for god's sake, how is Koltsov in the NHL? I'm not lying when I say I can handle a puck better than him!!

How many times has anyone seen a 2-0 lead erased by a shorthanded team, at least we can say we're losing in new and interesting ways? :?:

Well, I went to the gym right after work and just got home. That's my excuse, and you'll have to deal with it. :)

where's the passion on the PP? when we have a PP nobody skates hard...watch next time...it's a god damn **** show...they just waltz around, thinking that the other team won't do anything because they're short handed...

wake up boys!! You still have to exert effort when you have a PP! This was never more evident than when Recchi retreated to pick up the puck on the PP, he didn't even skate to it....watch other teams on the PP, they work hard, move the puck fast and skate....we're so lazy it's sick!!

All the one-way contracts for a team with onlt a few proven veterense is INSANE. The failures for this franchise begin with PATRICK not the coaching. Therrian obviously cant motivate these guys any better than Edzo could but just look at the players that are here. That are paying Rico Fata money and he isnt even in the franchise thanks to CP. Endo is stuck here becuase he has above average NHL size that teams would take if he were sent down. etc. etc, etc,

That is true. I tuned away when the PP started and laughed when I tuned back and saw the 2-2 tie. So, I guess it's still entertaining.

I am actually going to say that Gonchar is not as bad as you all make him out to be. He is weak defensively, but so are almost all offensive defensemen. But the guy does have 2 points tonight. Gonchar needs to be scoring more goals, though.

Sometimes its hard to measure the effectiveness of one player, when the whole team sucks.

FYI, Edmonton fans have been praising Tarnstrom.

Would anyone notice if they just didnt show up after the Olympic break?
Would anyone care?

I love this team, but this is just, for lack of a more fitting word, pathetic.

The 11 year old kids I coach try harder than these grown men.

And don't get me started on the "new" NHL......
