If that's a set play off the faceoff, why is no one supposed to go to the net to screen the goalie? Are they told to stand to the side for a possible tip or rebound?

He's really, really struggling on the PP tonight. He's on of my favorite Pens, but he has brought the PP down to even a lower level than usual

Seems wild to me that with just an average PP, this team could be in contention for the Metro, yet with only 30 games left, this disaster hasn’t cost anyone their job yet. They might really miss the playoffs again with seemingly no accountability….yet.

An embarrassing 2nd Period.PP wasteland,Defensmen getting worked,own Goal,zero intensity or effort .
Malkin doesn't want to compete.Unless he's injured,its indefensible.Don't want to hear about the lack of Linemates.A Season long issue.
To watch Phillips get PP minutes when he can't stand up,shoot or pass is a true indictment on that move.Puljujarvi should never be sctatched for him.
Ned got a bad break on the 3rd Goal and the other 2 were a breakaway and a great move.Cannot put it on him.
The only reason this is close is due to the Isles being a mediocre team.They are simply awful in 3rd Periods but can this Pens team take advantage of that?

Geno has had a couple “maintenance “ days over the last week. He’s injured. But I wouldn’t blame him or others for not wanting to play for this coach anymore

Carter’s centering pass wasn’t wide, it was perfectly placed to the front of the net and Harkins just watched it go right by him.
