I think the strict time limit is nice, because it prevents brainless bandwagoning from quickly becoming a majority, thus ending the round before the victim has a chance to defend him or herself. This way, that person at least has a fighting chance.

Yes, I like the days being longer, but I think the nights should end as soon as all the PMs are received.

It ends at midnight regardless. Whoever has the most votes then is salted. If there's a tie then a virtual coin flip is done.

I don't see how suggesting we vote out quiet people in the first round or two is silly, especially considering that's exactly what Juice has suggested before. My "erratic" behavior was that I made the suggestion, looked for neophool on the list, saw he wasn't playing this game, and decided to go to sleep rather than dig up which of the current players is normally quietest. It was well past midnight.

So, yeah - with nothing else to go on, that play by Juice has really raised my suspicion.

In reference to Juices bold red type... you are virtually saying "dont talk every other day" ... If you noticed all my quirkly little posts, they dont relate really to the game at night. Its not like at night im saying "soooo i think Jose is guilty, lets maul him when it turns to day." and asking ppl to stop talking for 24 hours is kinda rough. the night phases are long as ever. Next game, i think Nights should be 12 hours, days can remain 24 (or 12 if all votes have been in) that way all marks are still at 12 o clocks...

as for today, though, I have class while everyones at work, so the long day def helps my cause and availability.

why dont we as a village say "if you talk during the night phase, you will be lynched/salted/killed/mollested/whatever" ...this avoids all of the slugs from chiming in and saying things like "that'll never work" blah blah blah. talking at night does nothing good for the village.

DanH as well. keep him in long enough and he'll pull up stats in our favor.

People who always confuse the hell out of me in these games. I usually trust them but always second guess my ideas on them. (PFIDC, Shafnutz, SDM, Canaan)

Quiet people are good to get rid of early too, but if any of them are guilty and suddenly come out of the woodwork in the middle of the game, it helps too. if they go down without a fight it seems like a wasted number.

Keep in mind, it has turned out in the end, that the players intent on getting rid of me in the beginning, in the last few games, have turned out to be slugs, wanting me out as one of the "thinking" and vocal players.
