That movie looked really bad but everyone I know liked it. I'll have to try it. Peer pressure, FTW. What are your thoughts on crack?

It looked really good to me, and it delivered. The very end is kinda weak, but it works.

Funny Games
I don't know when this movie came out but it was in the $1 rentals. I think it was from within the last 2 years. It's one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen but I'd put it pretty good since it was upsetting but believable. It had Naomi Watts and an actor I know but have forgotten. If you like very darkside thrillers you'll probably like it.

I've watched a few over the last week:

The day the earth stood still (2009): Embarrassing! I thought it was pretty terrible, I wasn't expecting much, the original is one of the coolest sci-fi movies ever! klaatu barada nikto

Watchmen: I thought it was OK, wasn't bad wasn't great. Special FX, Sound FX, cinematography was all amazing, but it seemed like it took 2 1/2 hours to tell the back story for everyone in which not much happens and then they wrapped it up in the last 1/2 hour.

The Soloist: Very interesting, I liked it a lot, the bonus features with the actual people made me think either the real guy was taking medicine or Jamie Foxx went overboard a little much. I really haven't had a bad experience with a R. Downey Jr movie yet (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang my favorite)

Spiderwick Chronicles: Really awesome kids movie, I thought it was pretty violent for a PG movie, I will be checking out the books

I find paul rudd's character in that to be incredibly inspirational...

Yea, that movie is certainly worth the buy. I saw the Watchmen again for the second time this weekend. I still don't get the hype.

I'm with yeah, i haven't read the comic yet, but did you think nothing really happens until the last 20-30 minutes?

Pretty much the last hour, is them walking around in suits saying, "what are we gonna do?" "I don't know, sexxorz?" "sure" "sexxorz for 10 minutes" "walking around in the snow" "fighting guy" what felt like 3 hours on mars explaining feelings. I was less than thrilled with the middle, the ending was alright though.
