Re: Super Mario Bros Warz: Bowser's Revenge GAME THREAD
Regarding the PM I got, it was brief. It said I was a regular villager, what kind of regular villager (koopa, goomba, etc. what have you), the goal of the village, and what time of day (in 24 hour format) that day 1 was going to begin. If another blue got a similar email they can, if they choose, chime in and back me up. If not, whack me and see for youself.

Shad worries me, as others have touched on, because there's no guarantee he's good for the village (if he did come back as an independent, does he have the village's best interest in mind?). However, I think at this point it's best to let the seer scope him out and move from there.

I don't think pfidc is red. He said things in day one that matched my pm. Doubt, if he were red, he would mention getting a PM with the start time before seeing if blues mentioned getting one first.

Re: Super Mario Bros Warz: Bowser's Revenge GAME THREAD
I disagree, in that I don't think the seer should waster a view on him.
There's not much chance that he's red and a strong chance that's he's independent.
If the village - collectively - has concerns about his allegiance, we should just lynch him.

thats pretty much borderline on copypasta from the PM. thats pretty against the spirit of the game.
i pretty much believe you from that post, which isnt fair to the baddies.

But you're willing to off PFIDC because you think he's being overly helpful?shafnutz05 wrote:I don't even regard participation levels anymore.

Agreed here. We should at least try to learn something from votes this early, instead of maybe wasting one.MRandall25 wrote:Shad worries me, as others have touched on, because there's no guarantee he's good for the village (if he did come back as an independent, does he have the village's best interest in mind?). This has happened a few times in recent games and I am not a fan of it.canaan wrote:thats pretty much borderline on copypasta from the PM. thats pretty against the spirit of the game.

Re: Super Mario Bros Warz: Bowser's Revenge GAME THREAD
There have been times where at least some reds were not able to communicate with the others (I've used that a time or two - an outlier red who can't PM unless seen but nonetheless still is red), but I don't know if there has been a game where no reds could PM.PensFanInDC wrote:Have reds ever not been allowed to communicate? If they have then it's been rare.dagny wrote:This assumes that the reds can communicate with each other.
Also, I'd think MWB would want to get rid of Pavel, ASAP, being that he's so good at the game.
However, Pavel's lack of participation is disconcerting.

Besides, the door had already been opened wide to the PM question from what happened with shaf yesterday.

From the rules thread:
What I did is close enough. I did not post the exact PM but it was enough info that it is in this category I think.- Do not post PMs from the moderator to try and prove your Role.

Close enough isn't breaking the rule, especially when the PMs have been a source of interrogation in this game, so far.PensFanInDC wrote:From the rules thread:

You didn't copy/paste, and for all we know you could've been lying. I just don't agree with a mod kill for answering what you were asked about.

PMs really shouldnt be a source of interrogation. people interrogating using this method are just as jerky.dagny wrote:Close enough isn't breaking the rule, especially when the PMs have been a source of interrogation in this game, so far.PensFanInDC wrote:From the rules thread:

I say we get rid of PFiDC because he's continuing the PM distraction as the main point of this day phase. Plus, he's asked to be killed. Why not oblige?

I agree. Tend to this day phase and let the mod decide this Night phase if the line was crossed.Crankshaft wrote:This whole PM fiasco really is distracting the village.

Agreed. Don't waste a day phase on me. Unless you truly think I am red then by all means vote. If not then try and catch a real baddie.thehockeyguru wrote:Tend to this day phase and let the mod decide this Night phase if the line was crossed.Kicksave wrote:This whole PM fiasco really is distracting the village.

It wasn't a premeditated method. You can see, it manifested itself.canaan wrote:PMs really shouldnt be a source of interrogation. people interrogating using this method are just as jerky.dagny wrote:Close enough isn't breaking the rule, especially when the PMs have been a source of interrogation in this game, so far.PensFanInDC wrote:From the rules thread:
