And my guess on the quota thing is that it's a roll of the dice. TEIB randomly picks a participant and randomly picks and number of posts for the quota. Purely speculation though.

I have been completely dumbfounded by several of Mac's comments. I have just shrugged them off, I don't think he is bad just terribly confused.

It made no sense to me either.... I just don't think a red would be so stupid as to post something like that.
