Evidently, it was only my team. I adjusted the rosters. PLEASE confirm your defaulted rookies are still rookies. They need to have Less than 65, and be 25 or fewer years old!

Also, a lot of you have 7 keepers posted on the Spreadsheet. We only get 6 + the rookie!!!!

If you don't have any rookies the exceeded the games, i.e. Malka, you can trade for one. I'm losing Brassard and Leino.

Ericsson in Detroit exceeded games, and play-offs games. Career totals show him at 89 games.

3) Rookies: The reason we allow rookies drafted in the previous rounds is because the first couple rookie picks become ridiculously valuable. You would get Hall for free. This happened in a league when Malkin was a rookie. It was totally unfair. I would be open to opening it up to one big draft, but I would prefer not to. So many of the rookies we draft, especially the 3rd and 4th one are going to reasonably unheard of, and aren't going to play any NHL games this year. As such, I like the bifurcation (you also can start the season without the rookies drafted if the league is running late).

I can see why it's an unfair advantage when starting off but now it's a bit different. Look at my keepers compared to everyone else in the league. Semin, Kopitar, Parise and Kessel are legit keepers but my best 2 after that are Umberger and Letang, lol. Going into this next draft, I have a decision to make where I have to choose between a top rookie prospect and probably suck again this season or go for a mid-range NHL player who would be available.

clarity: since i didnt make the playoffs, i am able to retain two rookies who lose eligibility. i can make a trade for someone rookie who has exceeded the age/game limit to be me second rookie keeper but will maintain my other three rookies who still meet qualifications?

lulz, I would have traded Hedman for less than that. His production was significantly better than Pacioretty, even ignoring the fact that he's a defender.
