To quote the TSN Announcer.

"You have to be creative in the NHL. Lindy Ruff is (creative). He doesn't have a stone age mentality."

Obvious jab at the Flyers and their Stone Age, Slow Defense. Oh yeah, Flyers goaltending still sucks.

What was Brad Richards going to do Brian Campbell? Honestly. Its not Buffalo's fault that the Flyers players have not learned to skate with their heads up.

Speed of Montreal is beating the slower Canes. This was the one matchup I thought of an upset. I didn't pick it, because I took the Ducks over Flamers.

I'm taking Buffalo down a notch here. They have the 12 year old Eklund on during the intermission.

Come on, guys.

You mean he finally revealed his oh-so-secret identity? Did he predict anything stupid during his appearance?

He said a whole lot of obvious garbage.

"So, uh, what did the players say about the Umberger hit".

"They think it was clean".

Wow, what insight.

When Iw as in Raliegh for a game this year, they use Ric Flair on their jumbotron to get the crowd into the game. He says woooooo all the time. My friend and I were like "So, Ric Flair, what do you think about the penguins now?" "wooooooo"

We actually won that game.

Peter won't be listening. He's going to watch the first 14 minutes of Monday Night Raw and then go to bed.

I'm watching the Flyer feed here in Philly. The announcers are so annoying. I can't stand them. But watching the Flyers lose 6-1 is worth it. If my Pens can't be in the playoffs at least I can take comfort in the fact that my most hated team is getting killed. This game is like watching a car wreck.

The head-hunting is going to get worse. The Flyers announcers can't believe that Eager got a 10 minute misconduct. I don't know, maybe it was because he was head-hunting? That would have been an legal hit if Campbell had the puck, though.

The announcers are also complaining about the Flyers getting called for more penalties than Buffalo. It's b/c the Flyers are too slow to compete with the Sabres. It reminds me of a lot of the Penguin games against Ottawa.

Brad Richards wasn't gonna do anything to Brian Campbell. He and the rest of the Lightning are worried about Ottawa.

Mike Richards on the other hand....

Pominville, of all people, with the second HT of the game. 8-2 Sabres. Esche sure is the man. Speed is catching up with the Flyers.

SDD, Baden is a good town. I went to Ambridge.

To be fair, Esche was only in for the first period. Nitty gave up the next 3 goals. :D

Quite a performance by Buffalo. Gotta love it. Pominville with 3 goals and 1 assist in ONLY 7:44 of ice time for the game.

The Canes' Habs game was unreal! The first Overtime period was some of the best hockey I've seen since the Pens-Flyers earlier this year (When Crosby scored on a breakaway in OT).
As well as some of the best hockey since the last time we had Playoffs.

If the Sabres play the Devils it will be an amazing series no doubt.

Don't count Carolina out yet. That team has some serious firepower even without Cole right now.

The Flyers just got F'd in the A... by themselves. The funny thing is that 2 years ago... both teams playing exactly the same way... the Flyers would have won 8-2.
