You are right, it’s a delayed offside until the player comes off and is cleared when the replacement established on side. No one else was in the zone before Acciari got off so it’s good. I assume they were trying to make sure Acciari was fully off before anyone else entered the zone.

I have the Isles feed. Apparently the linesman said Acciari’s skate was in the air when the puck entered the zone. Definitely didn’t seem like that on the reviews we saw.
