Pens are playing well this Period. They are generating a lot of good chances with the Offensive Zone Cycling.Just need to finish.

I know I'm not a top 2-3 coach, but my strategy would be to not allow the other team's leading goal scorer to stand all alone in front of the net.

Avs went right at this useless Defensive Pairing of EK/Gryz and get on the board. Cannot play that any worse than Karlsson did there.

Way too long.Glass as well.He figured the 3 chances he has had to score made his being on the Ice a plus there.

The Top 2-3 Coach giving this 4th Line a ton of Minutes.Putting EK and Gryz with them.
Guess his astute in Game Coaching figures that is going to work.

How the **** is that icing? Av could had put his stick out and touched the puck before the whistle was even in the linesman’s mouth.

It was obvious going back to camp in 23 that Shea was better than Graves and cost so much less. And Shea is barely an NHL depth defenseman.

Ned is really keeping them in this. Some great saves. Pens just cannot finish their quality chances.

That’s a kind of weak call, I’d be mad if that went against us.

Kolyachonok leads the team in Corsi For %, Fenwick For %, Shots For %, and Scoring Chances For %....not just for d-men, but for everyone on the team. And Sullivan has barely played him in the 2nd.

Sullivan is double-shifting the hell out of Grzelcyk and Shea. :face:

I thought it looked like he got Rotated out.
Has looked composed and effective every shift. Why play a guy like that, right?

Gryz has been a disaster this game in every area.

:face: I just cant stand Sully anymore..
Also our 4th line is playing much more than 3rd line 2 games in a row.. Hayes setup nice goal for Beau, then gets limited min, makes sense lol
