Gray is a real dissapointment this game.
I know you Pitt fans are high on Gray, put don't you think he's just a bit over-rated?

overrated... u must not have seen him last year... he deserves to be on the first team big east... as well as the most imporved player of the big east... i believe he shut ur boy down up here at pitt... and for a 7 footer doesnt look to coordinated but can move and defend... rebounds cause he is fat... but can hit free throws as wellExPatriatePen wrote:Gray is a real dissapointment this game.

What did I tell you... Dixon let it slip away again and almost cost his team an embarrassing loss after they had a 28 point lead in the first half. It is one thing to let a professional team do a little showboating and different offensive sets but young kids in college should not be allowed to stray from its normal sets.

A player can be very improved and still be overrated, one does not cancel out the other. He shoots 61.6 from the line not exactly the guy you want on the line at the end of the game as he has proven on at least two occassions.fourtKNOX wrote:overrated... u must not have seen him last year... he deserves to be on the first team big east... as well as the most imporved player of the big east... i believe he shut ur boy down up here at pitt... and for a 7 footer doesnt look to coordinated but can move and defend... rebounds cause he is fat... but can hit free throws as well

That's what I was talking about. He is definately improved from last year - Heck, last year he was collecting splinters, but he seems very inconsistant this year.Goalie wrote:A player can be very improved and still be overrated, one does not cancel out the other. As for him shutting down Pittsnoggle, did you watch that game?
He really had very little to do with it. Kevin just stunk that game. Plain and simple. He was wide open, he just couldn't hit the ocean if he'd been standing in the surf. He was horriable. Thats going to happen when you live and die by the three point shot.
A couple of weeks later when those two teams met in Morgantown it was a different story.
Tonights game should be a real 'Gem'.
