Ha, if I remember correctly it wasnt. The gears were all funky and the clutch pedal was seemingly a mile long.

Did Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor ever finish his project car on Home Improvement?

Yeah. The blue one at least. Then he traded it on a bare frame for another roadster, iirc. Also, his wife had an Austin Healy for a while.

I had a new home built for my toys (2 antiques and a classic) and it is finally done. Now they can hang out together and trade stories. Best of all I can finally keep all of them in one place instead of storing a couple other places.

Added a new toy to my obsession. Five points to anyone who knows the year, make and model.

My guess for make is Austin-Healey. My guess for model is 3000, because I know that's a model they made and I think I can see the 3000 on the rear. As for year I have no idea. Sometime in the 60s.

Not bad Shyster, not too bad at all.

1965 Austin-Healey 3000 Mk 3. I haven't driven one since high school and back then I considered it the holy grail of British sports cars. Quite fun to drive even today.

Yeah, pretty much out of room. Think I will sell the MGA.

Lucky guess. :) I'm aware of MG, Austin-Healey, and Triumph. I think I know what MGs look like, it didn't look like a Triumph to me, so I defaulted to A-H, and I think the 3000 was their best-selling model in the U.S., so I guessed that.

Here is mine. A 69 Dodge Charger. Soon to be a General Lee. Just needs the orange paint and decals, which I have. The trunk lid has been signed by all the remaining cast and crew. The car is as close to a General Lee as you can get minus the paint and decals, all the way down to the TV correct CB, and, antenna they used on the show.

Matching numbers 318. Rebuilt it 3 years ago. Thanks. Was also having trouble with Photobucket on getting pictures on. Wanted to get a couple more on there, but I gave up. Lol
