Ned with an amazing stop but there was no chance on the rebound.

The best Period this Team has played in a long long time.
Sid was firing on all cylinders from the Opening Face Off.
DOC with his best performance this year.

Crosbys best play was the assist on the 1st goal he never was credited with. There is no evidence from the video footage Rust touched that puck so I have no idea why Sid was not credited with an assist on that play! Should be 3 assists in the 1st period!
Pens PR team should work to get that one corrected - as the league loves remove assists from Sid or not give them, so it should be changed just the same this time!
