Actually my rel comment was right, because after MWB (a mason) died, I was able to communicate with rel.
I only found out about it after last night. Rel can back me up on this. He was originally talking to MWB

Re: *** Jellyfish Invasion III: Return of the Sloogs GDT ***
randall is correct in my intent. It was more a case of I'd like to vote slappy but I can't vote slappy because I have to vote mac first.
He is also correct on what he says about the ability to PM, which although MWB died as a blue mason I took it akin to the seashell buddies, in that I did not know alignment of who I could talk to, and that who I could talk to was a random choice assigned night 1. So long as game conditions qualified, this ability would be renewed if an earlier player (such as MWB) died. Apparently those conditions were in place on night 3, such that now I can PM randall.

I read the writeup as there was one blue mason and one (presumably red) bad mason.

All I was told was that the helper monkey found me a friend (or something to that effect).mac5155 wrote:I read the writeup as there was one blue mason and one (presumably red) bad mason.
He doesn't know my affiliation, and I don't know his.

nuggetsHe turned to his monkey friend, and that was when he realized, it was not his friend at all... it was a Jelly in disguise! They tossed the body of his helper monkey at his feet and then slowly moved in for the kill.
this makes me think that there are bad guys involved in the mason thing.

mac, you're digging a bigger hole. Are you building toward a fine performance in the main event? I want tickets for that meltdown. I hope you do Malka justice.

IDK just pointing that out. Maybe the other 18ish players still left have an opinion?

An excellent point and very well put.obhave wrote:I believe there can be legitimate things in this game that cause posters to have to do certain things when they post. However, the nuggets thing was an LITT creation from a previous game. I think mac is just using it to make it seem like he is blue. The fact that he doesn't know the ramifications of not using it in a post (and he did already has not used it) seems surprising to me. This is why I don't believe him.

release Juice
net mac
I still think slappy and juice are worth hard looks, although I get the feeling slappy isn't around today. I remember Juice playing this way (quiet, popping in with taunting comments occasionally) in his last game and he ended up being red, or so I thought he was.
I also get the impression MRandall and Mac are involved in the famous "two blues arguing with each other" dynamic that seems to occur in every large game, but it appears the vote is leaning on Mac, and I want to avoid a random situation.

Net mac
I think obhave's reasoning is good. I'm curious though why more people don't see rel's inability to vote for slappy as an indication of slappy's redness.
