Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
Also, will we have a list of players that are back in the draft? Or how are we going to know who's there and what's left?

Let's make it that tentatively. If Corv comes on, we can change it.

Use the spread sheet. We'll have a draft and a players taken list.Malkamaniac wrote:Also, will we have a list of players that are back in the draft? Or how are we going to know who's there and what's left?

I'm on almost all the time .. I can help out with the draft if you need it. I have done so for others in the past.Troy Loney wrote:I'm not going to be around tomorrow, so if this doesnt get going sometime before i leave work, can i leave a list of 5 for someone so i don't hold up the draft tomorrow?
If the need arises, use a PM to send me 2 or 3 players with ordered preference that you'd like to draft at that spot. I wouldn't list more than 2 or 3 because you generally know where everyone stands within 2-3 picks of your own upcoming pick. Although I will be drafting as well, I am very trustworthy when it comes to your selections.
You can also discuss picks via text message (cell phone) if you like -- if you think we will get through multiple rounds while your unavailable.

You should keep Nabokov - I hear he's going to have a great year.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
ooh. I just looked over that roster again -- and I have to say, I'm sorry!
EDIT: Jonas Gustavsson is probably your over the limit rookie keeper.
So, keep 6 other players.
EDIT 2 (sorry) -- looks like Ebbett is also a rookie keeper for you since you missed the playoffs last year

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
beerman, sent you a new proposal.
Maybe we can get a round in today.
Did anyone take a stab at an available player list?

I figured that I would just do a cross-reference against the keepers page in the goggle doc when my picks come up.Kraftster wrote:Did anyone take a stab at an available player list?

That's OK, my other LGP Keeper League team stinks, too. We've been rebuilding since I missed the draft. I think the Kazaam! could make the playoffs this year. ...Pitts wrote:ooh. I just looked over that roster again -- and I have to say, I'm sorry!

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
Corvi, its not letting me send a PM to respond to you, so, here's a response to your last PM.
The league in Yahoo! isn't up yet, I will try to get Hammer to set that up. Last year's is closed and I can only access it through my yahoo profile.
I don't really know how we "get rid of" rookies, I was wondering that too. But, the bottom line is that it doesn't really matter. The roster can get as big as it gets. I suppose you'll get rid of them when they lose eligibility and you choose not to keep them. Which gets to your other question. You can choose to keep Ebbett and Gustavsson, or you can choose to let them drop back into the draft. No penalty for keeping both, no penalty for keeping neither. Ebbett is awfully worthlless, but the Monster probably makes sense as a free keeper.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
Weird, I just wrote to you again anyway but it's not important. Might as well keep Gustavsson. Ebbett can eat my poo. What if my two rookies have "accidents" in real life? I don't think they're ever going to make the NHL and I want them to go away.Kraftster wrote:Corvi, its not letting me send a PM to respond to you, so, here's a response to your last PM.

I'll look over my keepers again and post them here.

Re: LGP Fantasy Hockey Keeper League
oh, and aside from the rookies, are there "position" slots like LW, RW, etc. or something like "forwards and defensemen?"
