If you're red, of which I'm pretty sure, you wouldn't die today, you wouldn't die tonight, and then you'd say someone was green/blue which, as a red, you already know.

You'd have me believe you risked getting yourself killed and losing the investigation ... for what?

You're absolutely right about that scenario, but it could play out that way as a blue or a red. Maybe it was a mistake and confusing to everyone but I thought by coming out a day phase earlier it would lend credibility to my see and narrow down the game of chance between the reds and slappy. Where before slappy had to decide between himself or any blue, now it's more or less a 50/50 shot.
