Night 6

The U.S.S Enterprise prepared for departure from Deep Space 4. The evacuation, overseen by Spock proved to be quick and painless. Once everyone was aboard, Spock snuck off to carry out his orders from Starfleet.
Spock sat at one of the many consoles at the control room of Deep Space 4. The Enterprise was due to leave in 25 minutes, plenty of time for the crew to reach a safe distance from the anti-matter explosion that would destroy the space station.
Spock set the auto-destruct sequence for 25 minutes. As he did, he heard the sound of foot-falls approaching the control room. This did not surprise him in the least.

Spock: I presume you have come to kill me.

Chancellor Gorkon: Mr. Spock, your reputation precedes. Calm to the bone, even up to the moment of battle.
Spock: I have no intentions of doing battle with you.
More Klingons appeared.

Kha'Gar: You did exactly as we planned. And now that we have you alone, it's time to carry out our own orders. We are going to dissect this station piece by piece until we get what we need.
Spock: If you're referring to the technology, it is highly unlikely that your scientists will be able to reverse-engineer our system core.
Chancellor Gorkon: That is of no concern of yours.
Gorkon raised his disruptor and said his goodbyes, as Spock calmly sat in the chair. Gorkon was distracted as the doors to the upper-deck of the command center flew open.
Chancellor Gorkon: Sneak back onto the ship, I'll distract the officers.
The Klingons headed for the evacuation route, as Gorkon stayed behind. Hiding in the darkness of the shut-down space station.
The three Enterprise Officer's regrouped, and headed for the ship to hunt down the Klingons.
The end of the game will take place aboard the U.S.S Enterprise. This does not change anyone's abilities.
It is now Day 6. It takes 5 to throw 'em in the brig.

That's still an absurd number of crewman killed within the first 5 days.
To add: 9 crewmen in 6 days. Unreal. The Star Trek franchise would never allow such mayhem.

As for theories, I'm thinking twc. He's posted just enough to keep much suspicion off him, but hasn't really brought anything new. There's just something about the way he's posting that jumps out at me.
I'd be fine with an obhave vote, as well. She's pretty good at righteous indignation (I still heart you, obhave) that could mean a red getting a little defensive.

Any thoughts on another obhave vote? We have to decide if she either a) used a day-block (which usuallly are only allowed once) or b) she can't be killed during the day. Or even c) she wasn't even bad, but that would be really weird.

Re: *** Star Trek TOS Warz II *** Game Thread
After looking at the last 3 votes there are a few interesting trends worth discussion.
Loney vote: IE, Bad Hands, TWC, Shafnutz, PS87, Benny, Zaro, Bhaw
PS87 vote: Ulf, Zaro, Benny, IE, TWC, Obhave, bhaw, Gaucho
Obhave vote: Zaro, Gaucho, Ulf, TWC, IE, Benny
There are 3 people who voted similarly to TWC in each of the last 3 votes, Zaro, IE & Benny. I'm doubtful that IE is red because she put attention on TWC when he was under the radar which seems like a dumb thing for a red to do. Granted this is all circumstantial and I'm sure that the reds would be smart enough to spread their votes but just maybe there is something to this.

I believe Zaro now. If Gaucho is Romulan, I think we take him out, no?
Benny seems like a good choice at this point. He finished her off.
What is the confusion with obhave exactly? She's dead but I don't get what people are
about with her.

I completely missed it, too. It wasn't until the most recent write-up when I was looking at the current crew list that I saw she was still there. Went back to that write-up and saw it.bhaw wrote:lol

I'm fine with going after Gaucho.

i don't know much about star trek so i wikipedia'd romulans and klingons and it seems that romulans were more just a p.i.t.a than actual villains. Is that a safe assumption?

In The Original Series, which is the timeframe we are in, this is a fair assessment.the errey i breathe wrote:i don't know much about star trek so i wikipedia'd romulans and klingons and it seems that romulans were more just a p.i.t.a than actual villains. Is that a safe assumption?

My guess is that they don't help based on what I read.the errey i breathe wrote:i don't know much about star trek so i wikipedia'd romulans and klingons and it seems that romulans were more just a p.i.t.a than actual villains. Is that a safe assumption?
I guess here would be my concern... what is their goal in the game? If it's just to survive, we are eliminating another person and giving the klingons more numbers. If their goal is to eliminate everyone like the klingons, we need to get rid of him.
I'm more tempted to go after beerman or benny.

Re: *** Star Trek TOS Warz II *** Game Thread
To help clarify this Romulan thing, please remember that according to Star Trek cannon, the Romulans have always despised the Klingons, even moreso than humans. So it's not out of bounds that some sort of alliance could be made at this point. It's a choice you all have to make.
