I think slappy is the way to go. Worst case, he's a green role blocker who would have been killed anyway. Best case, he's red.

Yep. If slappy is green, worst case is he is dead.

If crank is green than both crank and canaan are dead.

The only thing that throws a wrench in that is if there is no angel and the only reason canaan wasn't killed last night was because slappy blocked the reds. I'm willing to risk that since the chances of that are slim.

Under what I posted, you're lying about role blocking. You asked for an alternative to you role blocking, and I gave that. Do you really not understand that?

How you think this theory adds up with me posting what I did at the time I did is beyond me. Why would I do that if I am red? I have no heat. My role doesn't even give me an identity. Why would I make up a weak role claim, post it when I have no heat? Such a "false" claim would make no sense.

The rationale for me being orange is even worse.

You guys are way overthinking this. I have blocked cranky every night. There is no way he isn't red. The angel is the only role claim they had, because then they draw out the real angel and kill him. There is no way for the angel to controvert his claim. It would be stupid given we know who the seer is.

I'm really not sure which way to go. Slappy's timing is difficult to comprehend if he's bad. However, crankshaft's claims of the Thomas Wayne connection are hard to explain away as well.

The point is their truths are not mutually exclusive. Crank could be the angel, and could have been blocked by slappy, if there was no kill to protect.

If you don't kill me, I could:

roleblock cranky -- if telling the truth, then we run the risk of canaan dying.

roleblock a random -- if crank is telling the truth, (prob) canaan lives, but perhaps crank dies.

If you kill me:

Cranky is red, canaan survives and they kill a rando because I doubt they would go after canaan knowing the real angel exists. The risk is they happen on the real angel.

Cranky is green, canaan survives, who knows what happens, because then this means the night kills are way weird.

If you dont kill me, and kill cranky:

we lose the angel, canaan prob dies unless i happne to roleblock the alpha red (again this just doesnt make sense to me in this game, which is why I think hes red)

we lose the red, i continue role blocking or dont, I probably die

If you kill neither of us, and kill someone else:

me and cranky (and maybe the other reds) play russian roulette.

I agree MWB, but I won't kill myself unless we are one vote short.

Killing me will at least prove WK's theory wrong that Slappy "came out" in oder to save me, as you will see I'm blue.

I've purposely stayed out of the fray because slappy is trying to make this way more difficult than it needs to be.

I dropped the Thomas Wayne name for this reason:

what hes saying seems to be in line with the pm i received. i was noted as being Thomas Wayne. Him being in my employ parlays into his role. i dont believe i've mentioned that previously

I didn't want to have to 100% role claim, but slappy's aggressiveness outed me.

I can't substantiate slappy's role claim as being a role blocker, so I can't speak to that. I can only make educated guesses.

As the doctor, I can only protect one person per night.

I would think that if he's not red, he's definitely an independent player and not aligned with the village. If he was aligned with the village, he wouldn't be pushing for me to be eliminated with such haste. I know I'm newer but wouldn't it behoove the village to keep me alive, have canaan (who was already outed as the seer) look into me tonight and then make your decision on me the next day? Keep in mind - nobody counter claimed me being the doctor because no one can.

Why would an independent player do anything but keep quiet? Why would a bad player reveal this role? It makes zero sense.

No one counter-claimed you because if you are red, then they out themselves.
