Re: *** Star Trek TOS Warz II *** Game Thread
What concerns me is that if we go after someone like beerman or benny and we're wrong, then we've lost another crew member, which puts the bad guys (klingons AND romulans) up in numbers.bhaw wrote:My guess is that they don't help based on what I read.the errey i breathe wrote:i don't know much about star trek so i wikipedia'd romulans and klingons and it seems that romulans were more just a p.i.t.a than actual villains. Is that a safe assumption?
I guess here would be my concern... what is their goal in the game? If it's just to survive, we are eliminating another person and giving the klingons more numbers. If their goal is to eliminate everyone like the klingons, we need to get rid of him.
I'm more tempted to go after beerman or benny.
I guess it's all about what kind of risk we're willing to take.

Gaucho - what is your end goal according to your role? Not that I'll take it at face value, but out with it...

Ah. Well, then. That's lovely to read.DocEmrick wrote:To help clarify this Romulan thing, please remember that according to Star Trek cannon, the Romulans have always despised the Klingons, even moreso than humans. So it's not out of bounds that some sort of alliance could be made at this point. It's a choice you all have to make.

I agree but hopefully we can make some sort of deal with Gaucho. beerman and benny are solid guesses but I don't want to lead the charge since i've been suspicious of benny for a while

Why wouldn't we kill obhave? I know she switched last time, but there's little if any chance she can do it twice in a row?
Either that or kirk needs to kill her tonight.

Re: *** Star Trek TOS Warz II *** Game Thread
Known:
bhaw - chekov
zaro - spok
gaucho - romulan
Pretty confident is good:
IE - called out twc
Pretty confident is bad:
obhave - the switcheroo thing
No idea:
errey
benny
ulf
beerman
there is one way to help this move faster. I won't say b/c it could lead to some issues, but depending on what happens with today, we can put ourselves in a good position.

Also, I'm not 100% trusting IE, but I'm ok with her for now.

beerman hasn't been posting at all on the board. So he's not just avoiding the game thread.
zaro - for the sake of clarification, can you give us a rundown of your actions so far?

Re: *** Star Trek TOS Warz II *** Game Thread
The only person alive I have looked at is Gaucho. Came back as a yellow Romulan.
I think we should go for obhave again. I don't she will have consecutive protections.

Yup, but you already knew that, but now I have even more abilities since you voted off our chief. I used to only the power to protect myself, whenever I choose (there is an upper limit, but I only used it once), but that has stayed with a few added bonuses.bhaw wrote:so you're def bad.obhave wrote:choose wisely
