I thought he made his move inside the blue line, that was right where he should had been trying to recover from Rust being stupid. Totally not on Stivany. And after that he skated back to almost get enough of the play to break it up.

So, I uh...fell asleep for most of the 1st period. But, from what I have watched of the 2nd period, up until that 3rd Dallas goal, this may have been the hardest skating I have seen from this team all year. When it was tied 1-1, they were playing very aggressive, skating hard, making good plays and passes. There was even one rush where Karlsson took the puck and was all the way in the front of the net...he needs to do that A LOT MORE! This may also be the most work and effort I've seen out of Geno in over a month.

I'll be interested to see if they can keep up this pace through the 3rd period.

I've come to realize these players have come to appreciate a pretty pass on the PP more than actually putting the puck. PP isn't power play, it's Pretty Pass time. And the Penguins Pretty Pass percentage is through the roof.
