Sid showing once again how brilliant a player he is.Not many guys his age could dominate a period like that.
Rust was terrific,he found all the weak spots in that Rags Defense and got free for many good looks.
Ned was solid,handled a few tough chances with ease.
Karlsson has been affected by Sully no doubt but some of his decisions are just inexcusable from a Veteran Player.
Sully scratches Poulin.Decides to dump DOC to Malkin's Line.Has no grasp of those kinds of Coaching Moves and what it does negatively to th8s team.

Agreed.Outside of Sid and Rust we are seeing nothing from the other forwards.The Coach juggling lines is having a clearly negative effect.

I understood the logic dressing Carter tonight...but not dressing Bemstrom over Poulin. Poulin was decent last game, but he struggled in the faceoff circle (I think he was 1 for 8). Carter playing RW would have given them an extra faceoff option on that line if Poulin struggled again.

But Carter cannot handle the physical and skating demands of playing center at his age. And the 4th line suffers when Sullivan makes that as his lineup.
