I missed what Letang did for the penalty. Was it a legit call?
pretty much. It kind of went against the usual reffing the score but he definitely tripped him

If Jarry was playing tonight it would had been over after 1 and we’d be down 6-1 by now
Blom was real solid. Getting beat by two deflections off of Pens' players is unpreventable.

Pens better trade Pettersson quickly before he has the trade value of Graves.

Win one, lose one, repeat. I will appreciate it if the Pens manage to close the season on exactly .500

The Caps coach has to be up for coach of the year. You would never think this collection of players would be playing as well as they are.
And isn’t that the rub? A team that on paper is very similar to the Pens, but they’ve given up the fewest 3rd period goals and the Pens the most.
Shameful
In very similar situations the two teams, except one organization made smart and tough moves based on intelligence instead of emotion and brought in quality coaching and the other organization...well, did exactly the opposite in every way.
Funny thing is that Spencer Carbery was hired by Dubas while he was in Toronto.

The top 2-3 coaches in the NHL are Sullivan, Carbery and one person who shall not be named.. Voldecoach.
