I haven't seen anyone confirm that one of those will be given to the transfer from Stanford. I've also seen speculation that they can be added to the 2016 class.

15,967 in attendance at the BJC for the PSU/Iowa duals. PSU lost but it came down to the last match. Second largest crowd to ever attend a NCAA dual meet.

This seems incredibly weird to me. Yea he's from Canada, but he spent his junior and senior years of high school in the US, chose PSU because playing for BOB gave him a hell of an opportunity to become an NFL quarterback, BOB leaves, he still enrolls to PSU early, and then after his first of five years of eligibility he high tails it back to the great white north to play college football where football doesn't matter while following CFL rules? To me that's pretty much throwing in the towel on his NFL career.

I highly doubt he was going to be given a shot to start while Hack is still here, if he transferred in the US, he'd have had to sit out a year, maybe he's just going to Canada to play for the year, then going to return to college football in USA? I don't know really. He was put/put himself in a tough situation to have to sit behind Hack while having the clout of being a starting college QB. I know many have to sit at least a year or two, but I can't blame him for wanting to play. I agree with you though, this definitely doesn't help his NFL chances.
