How many of you own a droid?

Okay... axed the yahoo mail app. What an annoying piece of software that is. You have zero control over its notifications besides on/off. You can't choose a tone and you have to have both the tone and vibrate. On top of that, it doesn't put the messages into the message widget... you have to open the notification bar and go into the message/app from there.

Removed and readded my Yahoo account on the message widget and now it is syncing the Inbox again... must have gotten hosed in the upgrade.

Also, it seems there is kinda a way to jump to the far tabs... if you tap the home button while on the home screen, it will open a page where you can select any page to jump to... this means you have to tap it twice if not already on the home page though... I preferred the arrows that would appear in the last release.

I think this was mentioned before, but If you slide up from the bottom, it will bring up all 6 pages and you can click on the one you want.

Since I updated my OS on my droid X last weekend, I can't get the keypad to work correctly. When I try to bring up ! ? . etc. it won't leave me select anything but the + sign. Anyone else having this issue or am I being dumb?

I switched Keyboards, I now use swiftkey. So awesome.

It's the vibrate signal now. I hate it, because I thought I was roaming or something.

i think that means you have the phone on silent. lock the phone and swipe from left to right to turn the sound back on and they should go away.

Yeah, that was it... phone was on silent. Guess I was confused because I didn't know it was on silent.

I switched to Swifkey yesterday, and I really like it compared to the Android standard keypad. The one thing that I havent figured out is that on the main screen, how do you type in a number or symbol without switching to another keypad? I see them all listed in grey above all of the letters, but haven't figured out how to access them.

Swiftkey beta is the shizz. Love it, I enjoy it moreso than swype. I think it's more accurate anyways.
