Things based in mayo...not a consistent winner for me...every once in a while, sure, I'll even rig up a little something with tuna, elbow macaroni, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes...but that's a rarity...

Doesn't have to be "so much" mayo. You can be judicious with it. I occasionally like adding curry powder, but typically, salt pepper and chipotle is all I need.

The worst is tuna salad... I can't stand the smell of canned/pouch tuna.

The only mayo based salad I like is potato salad. And even then I prefer the mayo be used sparingly.
