Question: There is a UFA player I want to pick up. He was a rookie keeper at the beginning of this season (actually 1 game under the limit), he is WELL over his games played rookie limit and is obviously not on any roster. Can I pick him up?

If he was a rookie keeper at the start of the year, that person has possession of him till next season, so no.
