Finally got around to seeing The Wrestler. An excellent character development film. Also, bravo to Mickey Rourke.

buddy of mine had sneak peak tix to shutter island tonight said it was OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!!

I dunno. I really enjoyed the first half, but then it kinda lost steam for me. I loved the concept, but it was so good that I feel like they didn't use it to its full potential.

that's a little surprising...the trailers seem a little meh. good to hear it has some pop.

Saw Shutter Island today. Saying it's "OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!!!" isn't really my style, but I will say that it's very good. It was completely different than I was expecting.

Saw an interesting film from the UK called Cashback via Netflix streaming. I will admit that I judged the movie by its poster (
), but definitely worth checking out.

Cashback is awesome. My girlfriend made me watch and, like you, I was apprehensive going into because of the box art. A very enjoyable film though.
