He has a history of on ice violence and cheap shots, smashed a guy in the head twice with a helmet and did not get suspended.

Some guy from Tampa without Tucker's history of thuggery did it and got suspended for 2 games.

They seemed to get the Orpik one right, so I figure they aren't due for another one until Spring of 07. :wink:
