This article chronicals Teenie Harris's perspective on the history of the Hill District.

Who is Teenie Harris? He was an outstanding Photographer who took some outstanding pictures of Pittsburghs Hill District. Old-timers like myself will remember seeing some of his pictures being sold from a sidewalk table in the Strip District for years.

That was a great article. Unfortunately, the Hill district may never be a prosperous "Little Harlem" again, but it does have a chance to be prosperous.

For the good of the city, the IoC proposal needs to win.
