NHL Center Ice Question...Can I order "individual"

I mean...if I'm bored some Saturday night and I notice that Ovechkin is playing on Center Ice (and I have Comcast Cable)...could I order it fro just one game at a time....or do I have to get the whole package??

No, they don't offer it pay-per-view on an individual game basis. It's ordered whole season or half season.

Compared to what it costs for single events in other sports PPV situations, the season package is actually quite reasonable.

Not that this helps your boredom situation, I'm just saying that I'm surprised and I hope it stays this way.

I think the half season deal is a rip off. It's not mid season when they offer more like 60% of the way through and it's not half price neither. If you're going to dish out the dough, buy the full season.

Most times, I feel it's paid off within the first two months, but I haven't been as focused on around the league play this season as I was in the past. Past couple seasons after the Flyers, I staid up and watched the remainin Central time zone game and caught at least half of a Pacific. Now it's pretty much Flyers are done and the tv is off. I hate the fact that once the game ends, that's all you get no post game comments, stats, highlights nothing. At least stay with it for another commercial break.

They show Hockey Night in Canada though. A couple times I have seen them black out commercial breaks. They also show the Buffalo post game show. Most of the Fox Sports post game shows stink. You get 2 minutes of hockey and the rest of it is other sports.

If I'm not mistaken, the post game shows are primarily the property of the Fox Sports entities (except in select markets like NY where the Rangers are on MSG etc...) So if you get that package you just need to flip to it.
