3: Flames vs. 6: Mighty Ducks

4: Predators vs. 5) Sharks


Red Wings over Oilers in six; Stars over Avalanche in five;
Flames over Ducks in seven; Sharks over Preds in six.

I ahve once again broken out my new and reviosed super-secret formula that has served me so well in past years :roll: . But the revisions are sure to make it the single best method of selecting playoff winners.

The categories are record in close games, goaltending, coaching, special teams, and record in the last 10 games.

Here we go...

Red Wings vs Oilers. Total mismatch here. They are better in every category I look at. Wings in 5.

Stars vs Avalanche. Biggest edge here is in goal. Dallas is also much better in close games. Stars in 6.

Flames vs Ducks. Again, the Flames have the advantage in every category. They will sweep the Ducks.

Predators vs Sharks. Huge special teams edge tilts it to Nashville. Predators in 7.
